Defense Sciences and Systems Technical Committee

  

Defense Sciences and Systems Technical Committee (DSSTC) was established to affirm Taiwanese American Aeronautics and Space Association’s (TAASA) commitment to promote scientific, engineering, and technological knowledge.  We would like to invite you to become a member of our Defense Sciences and Systems Technical Committee.  Join in sharing your experiences and furthering Defense Sciences and Systems development in the government, academic, and commercial community.  Key activities of this committee include organizing sessions at the conference, special studies, sharing experiences, establishing and administering charities and scholarship funds to support research and educational activities, and presenting results of study and finding.

 

Currently, DSSTC consists of a group of scientists and engineers who are dedicated to the advancement of the science and technology that will foster general welfare among people both in the US and Taiwan.  Major discipline areas for this committee include:

 

·        China Military Strength Assessment, Evaluation, and Threat Analysis

·        China Military Policy Analysis and Assessment

·        Taiwan Defense Policy Analysis and Assessment

·        Military Sciences and Systems

·        Taiwan Missiles Defense (TMD) Studies

·        Weapon Systems and Engineering

·        Human Factors Engineering

·        Defense Research and Industries In Taiwan

·        Special Studies and Research

·        Taiwan Related Defense Information Search
